The following form is for requesting a special approval or closed class override for Psychology Courses only. If you are asking about a transfer equivalency evaluation, you should contact an advisor rather than using this form. You must complete the entire form. You will be notified via email of the decision once it has been made. Special Approval Requests can take up to 3 business days to process. Closed class overrides will often not be decided upon until late registration. Do not call the office to check on the status of your request. Submitting multiple requests for the same class could slow down processing.
